  The draft founding instruments — Charter, Governance Framework, and the terms of reference for the Steering Committee, the Scientific and Technical Advisory Group, and the working groups — are before the Steering Committee for review.

  HFA was presented to the Asia eHealth Information Network as part of discussions on extending the network to further regions.
